Compensation: $2003 - $2413 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families throughout various stages of life.
• Develop and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination among different healthcare disciplines.
• Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby during labor and delivery.
• Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in high-risk labor and delivery is essential.
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and antepartum care is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting is necessary.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Epic electronic health records system is required.

Working Conditions

This position involves a travel component, requiring flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to various clinical environments.
