Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process a high volume of customer orders within internal databases and order management systems. Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and responsive support. Review order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist customers with order-related issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and completed accurately. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements. Support process improvements and navigate changes associated with new systems and workflows. Qualifications Required 1+ year of data entry, order processing, customer service, or administrative support experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Preferred Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or a related industry. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or order management software. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
