About The Role At Chula Seafood, hospitality is at the heart of what we do. As a Server / Fish-Tender, you’ll be part of a team-service environment where everyone jumps in to help. You’ll serve and connect with guests, confidently guide them through our seafood-driven menu, run food, bus and reset tables, package fresh fish from our market, and support your teammates wherever needed. We’re looking for people who understand that great hospitality goes beyond taking an order. It’s about reading the room, anticipating what guests need, helping your team, and creating an experience that makes people want to come back. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of serving or bartending experience AM / PM availability Genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable with money handling and POS systems Comfortable with opening and closing responsibilities Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Reliable, accountable, and ready to work Positive attitude and team-first mentality Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow Seafood knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!
