Branch Manager, US Pest

Role Overview Branch Managers are responsible for overall guidance of their district and act as key contact for implementing change. They ensure smooth operations, provide coaching, and drive implementation of company programs. Responsibilities Develop the management team to meet growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver excellent customer experiences. Interview job applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs. Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management team. Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team. Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, providing coaching to achieve operational goals. Provide supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. At least five to seven years of Branch Manager or equivalent level experience. Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and excellent customer experience. Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Successful background managing in pest control industry preferred. Available to travel and participate in rotating on‑call schedule for off‑hours and weekends. Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certificates. Must pass pre‑employment background screen. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Compensation Base pay range: $103,500 – $148,500 per year. Total earnings may vary with overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance.
