Equipment and Repair Technician

This is a hands-on, mission-critical role for individuals who excel at keeping complex systems running under pressure, especially those with military experience maintaining and repairing high-value equipment. As an Equipment and Repair Technician on 3rd shift, you'll be responsible for ensuring production and test machinery operates at peak performance, directly supporting operations that depend on precision, reliability, and uptime.

You'll perform both scheduled maintenance and rapid-response repairs to minimize downtime and keep production on track. Like maintaining mission-essential equipment in the field, you'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, optimize system performance, and provide real-time technical support to operators. Your ability to think quickly, diagnose problems, and execute effective solutions will be key to success.

This role also puts you in a leadership position on the floor. You'll train and mentor operators on equipment and processes, help improve procedures, and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll manage spare parts and inventory, analyze maintenance trends, and help refine documentation to ensure long-term operational readiness and efficiency.

You'll work closely with engineering teams to test, validate, and improve equipment and processes, helping introduce new capabilities while ensuring existing systems perform reliably. If you have a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision, this is an opportunity to bring your military-honed skills into a high-impact civilian role where your expertise truly matters.
