Job Skills / Requirements The Hotel Concierge Security Officer provides a professional, welcoming security presence while assisting hotel guests, staff, and visitors. The officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service. Key Duties: Maintain a visible and professional presence in the hotel lobby and common areas. Greet and assist guests, visitors, and hotel staff in a courteous manner. Monitor entrances, exits, and access points. Conduct routine patrols of the property and identify security or safety concerns. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns. Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity. Enforce hotel security policies and procedures. Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs. Assist hotel management and emergency personnel when necessary. Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times. Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday 6:30am to 2:30 pm Qualifications: Professional appearance, strong communication and customer-service skills, reliable attendance, sound judgment, and the ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
