Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Oncology setting
• Maintain patient ratios of 3:1 (Step-down) and 4:1 (Telemetry)
• Take primary responsibility for patient care, including duties not delegated to CNAs
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Experience in Med/Surg or Oncology nursing
• Ability to manage primary patient care responsibilities independently
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Step-down or Telemetry unit
• Travel nursing experience
