What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

What You Bring

Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role (preferred but not required — heart matters most).

Ability to lift 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.

A warm, respectful communication style.

Reliability, compassion, and a genuine love for helping older adults live well.
