Summary We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Telehealth Program Coordinator. As the Coordinator for our telehealth program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional delivery of our telehealth services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for telehealth program inquiries, addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Communicate with patients through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, SMS and through our telehealth platform. Provide technical assistance to users navigating telehealth platforms and troubleshoot issues effectively. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide necessary instructions, and follow up on missed appointments. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of telehealth appointments, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Generate reports on telehealth program metrics, usage, and customer satisfaction for analysis and improvement purposes. Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective patients. Present KORB Health’s services, emphasizing personalized care, GLP-1 therapy, and comprehensive wellness programs. Identify patient needs and recommend suitable programs and solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy partners and internal teams—including healthcare providers, operations, and administrative staff—to ensure seamless telehealth program operations, optimize workflows, and proactively resolve patient care and operational challenges. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless communication. Perform other general duties and project support as required. Required Experience, Skills & Education 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare, telehealth, or medical office setting. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Meet). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a patient-first mindset. Passion for helping patients navigate challenges and delivering outstanding service. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards (HIPAA) is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
