Permanent Pediatrician Opportunity Location: Alma, Georgia Practice Type: Outpatient Pediatrics + Newborn Care Group Size: 8 Providers (Solo Pediatrician) Visa Candidates Welcome Practice Highlights
- Solo pediatrician within an established 8-provider medical group
- Strong referral base from local OB physicians
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekend clinic hours
- Average 20-25 patients per day
- Shared 1:3 call with a local Family Medicine physician
- Very light call with approximately 180 deliveries per year
- Outpatient pediatric care
- Newborn rounding
- Admit pediatric patients to local hospital
- Cover emergency C-sections only at the OB's request (rare)
- Collaborate with local OBs and Family Medicine physicians
- Admit to local hospital
- Level I Nursery
- Approximately 180 annual deliveries
- Level III NICU backup in Savannah
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Visa candidates are welcome to apply
- $250,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses
- Up to $200,000 Student Loan Repayment through the Georgia State Office of Rural Health
