In this full‑time, year‑round role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Director to help oversee the maintenance and overall condition of our oceanfront property. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. From assisting with daily operations and responding to unexpected repairs to helping lead and support the team, you will be an essential part of delivering an exceptional guest experience. The full‑time and seasonal maintenance team at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel also provides support to the Bayview Hotel, an adjacent 26‑room sister property, by assisting with maintenance requests and ensuring consistent upkeep across both locations. This shared responsibility helps maintain high standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction at both properties.
