UKG Time and Attendance Functional Consultant

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

Support Time & Attendance processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Manage integration processes and application configurations within UKG Pro WFM T&A.
Handle file transfers and maintain data integrity throughout T&A operations.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate and optimize T&A tasks.
Provide troubleshooting and reporting support as needed.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities.
Technical expertise in UKG Pro WFM T&A, including:

Integration experience
Application configuration expertise
General troubleshooting skills
Reporting experience

Experience with file transfers and troubleshooting related issues.
Scripting skills for automation and process improvement.
