In-Plant Ink Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an In-Plant Ink Technician to join their team. As an In-Plant Ink Technician, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Ink Manufacturing Technician

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $21hr

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Safely manufacture, manage, and deliver high-quality ink products to meet customer production schedules at the customer facility.
• Support daily ink dispensing operations, inventory management, and material handling activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Produce and stage ink products according to customer specifications and perform rework or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and batch records to ensure traceability and quality control.
• Operate and maintain on-site ink dispensing equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and ordering systems.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
