Our mission is to provide rapid access to diagnosis and individualized ABA therapy. What You'll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs. Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers. Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment). Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis. Perform other typical BCBA activities. Requirements Master's degree. Active BCBA certification (required). Initiate state licensure process prior to start date (if required). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; proof of auto insurance. Ability to maintain clean background, drug screenings, and driving record.
