Management Trainee - Entry Level

Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our dynamic event marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a foundation in marketing, promotions, and business leadership through hands-on training, guided mentorship, and a structured path for advancement.

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will be immersed in all core areas of our operations, gaining experience in client relations, campaign execution, event coordination, and team leadership. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to transition into a management role within our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in structured leadership training, assist with the coordination of promotional events, and gain experience in supervising teams.
Support the planning and implementation of on-site marketing strategies, brand activations, and community engagement initiatives.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and client services teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and event logistics.
Learn essential business functions, including client account management, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
