Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and support residents in improving strength, balance, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment that emphasizes dignity, safety, and clinical excellence.
