Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Analyze individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies that assist them in achieving critical functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate With Diverse Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure an all-encompassing approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques that facilitate ongoing progress in a home setting.
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, documenting developments and modifying treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouraged and supported continuing education or postgraduate certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
