Clinical Nurse - ICU Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the healthcare team. Communicates care plans effectively across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Contributes to a healing environment through education and advocacy. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safety consciousness.
