Job Summary

Radiology / CT Technologist position located in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a weekly guaranteed minimum of 36 hours. The incumbent will be responsible for performing CT scan procedures in a busy acute care setting, applying critical thinking and technical skills to ensure quality patient care. Candidates must be skilled in CT imaging and hold the necessary certifications for radiologic technology.

Job Details

• Location: Georgetown, Kentucky
• Facility: Radiology Department in a 75-bed acute care hospital serving all age groups from infants to geriatrics
• Schedule: Nights (Friday Sunday, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification in Radiology; Associate degree in Radiologic Technology; KY State Radiation License; Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of CT imaging techniques; critical thinking skills; ability to work independently in a stress-filled environment
• On-Call Requirements: Must accept on-call assignments and be able to report within 30 minutes of notification
• Unit Equipment: GE Lightspeed 16 and 64 slice; GE XR equipment; EHR system MedHost
• Additional Notes: Must know CT; do not need to be certified in CT specifically. Knowledge of radiologic procedures and ability to work with minimal supervision is essential.
• Dress Code: Black scrubs or hospital-approved attire; closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
