Patient Services Coordinator (Full-Time, Day Shift) - Naperville & Joliet (295)

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer-service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage several responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfort using computers, office equipment and data-entry systems Dependable attendance and availability to work the complete Monday-Friday day-shift schedule Reliable transportation and the ability to work at both the Naperville and Joliet locations Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications At least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experience Experience in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic or other outpatient setting Experience with patient scheduling, registration or insurance verification Familiarity with electronic health record or patient-management systems Knowledge of medical terminology Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong experience in scheduling, administration, reception or high-volume customer service are encouraged to apply.
