Are you the kind of person who lights up on the phone? Who can turn a simple question into a genuine connection? College Hill Dental Group is looking for a Patient Care Concierge to be the very first voice new patients hear, and the driving force behind our growing patient family.
This isn't a typical front desk job. You won't just be booking appointments, you'll be the face and voice of our practice, personally welcoming new patients from their first phone call all the way through their first visit.

What You'll Do
- Answer every inbound new patient call with warmth, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for what makes College Hill Dental Group different.
- Champion our practice on the phone, turning inquiries into scheduled visits rather than just taking down information.
- Follow up on missed call opportunities so no potential new patient is ever forgotten.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of where our patients are coming from, so we know what's working and can keep doing more of it.
- Partner with our marketing team on campaigns and lead follow-up.
- Deliver a white-glove first visit experience, greeting new patients personally and setting them up for a great start with our clinical team.
- Help out at the front desk daily, answering phones and checking patients in and out.
What We're Looking For
- A natural people-person with excellent phone and communication skills.
- Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable owning a process from start to finish.
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or customer-facing sales/service role is a plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn matter more.
- Comfort with computers and learning new systems (we'll train you on Open Dental and our CRM).
- Someone who genuinely loves helping people feel welcome and taken care of.
The Details
Schedule
Monday & Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM No weekends
Compensation
$22–$26/hr based on experience Team bonus, averaging about $1,500/month per team member over the past 4 months, real money our team has earned
