Join a Growing Team as a Sales Administrator
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales operations, inventory management, accounting functions, and administrative processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of sales documentation, inventory records, invoicing, logistics coordination, and customer support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage inventory records, sales documentation, and related system data.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and inventory transactions with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare and coordinate DMV documentation, VIN verification, and warranty registrations.
- Coordinate truck transfers between locations, customers, and vendors, including dispatching local drivers.
- Review vendor invoices and provide support to Accounts Payable functions.
- Assist with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer service needs.
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounting teams while helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administration, sales support, accounting support, AP/AR, or related fields.
- Dealership, trucking, automotive, transportation, fleet, or heavy equipment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Karmak, Soarr, Arcadium, or similar business systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
