Overview of the Position:

• Job Title : Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN)
• Hourly Rate : $43.00
• Shifts : 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
• Location : Upper Manhattan, NY

:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide coordination and delivery of health care services for all individuals with developmental disabilities. While Providing medical care and medication administration with group home facilities.

Job Duties :

• Responsible for adhering to an individualized plan of services for all individuals.
• Conducts physical health assessments in the resource center.
• Maintain accurate and current medical charts on all individuals.
• Provide direct health and personal care to program individuals.
• Maintain direct contact with physicians and other health care personnel.
• Keep a daily record of all medications administered.
• Responsible for the supervision of unlicensed direct care staff.

Position Requirements :

• Associated Degree in Nursing
• NYS Licensed Registered Nurse
• CPR/BLS Certified
• Proof of Full Covid-19 Vaccination

Job Type: Full-time
