Position Title: Client Service Rep

Location: Boston, MA 02210

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Job Type: Onsite

Pay Range: $22/hr.- $24/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund accounting, administration, custody, and client relationship management and a proven ability to manage day-to-day client inquiries, drive issue resolution, and deliver measurable client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Service and maintain oversight of assigned client relationships, understanding client needs and product usage across Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody.

Act as first point of contact to review and proactively respond to daily client and internal inquiries, providing timely updates and escalating to Senior Client Service Representative as needed.

Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to resolve issues, support deliverables, and manage client changes including onboarding, conversions, reporting, and analyses.

Analyze inquiry trends, recommend training or automation opportunities, and share insights with peers and management to address themes impacting multiple clients.

Prepare agendas and minutes, coordinate client and internal meetings, and conduct regular reviews of reporting and reconciliations for assigned relationships.

Communicate product enhancements, deliver client training, and lead platform demos to increase BBH Infuse adoption and reduce manual intervention.

Map and engage the client’s organizational contacts to route items appropriately and identify potential escalations or new business opportunities.

Adhere to risk and control policies, minimize use of attachments and sensitive data in correspondence, and maintain accurate distribution lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

BA or equivalent experience.

Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, including client portals and workflow tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Language skills commensurate with office location and supported client base.

Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fund services, ETF operations, or custody operations.

Familiarity with BBH Infuse or similar client service platforms.
