Sales Manager (Bilingual)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide ongoing training and development to sales associates to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively inform and assist customers.
• Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of sales staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or telecommunications.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results-driven personality.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
• Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
• Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Bilingual / English & Spanish

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
