You’re polished, friendly, and firm when needed. You don’t just “answer calls” - you guide patients, protect the schedule, and keep the office one step ahead. What you’ll spend your day doing (in real terms) Being the first impression - warm greeting, confident communication, smooth check-in/out Owning the phones: schedule, confirm, reschedule, problem-solve Keeping patient info accurate and moving quickly in the system Helping patients understand next steps (including case/treatment presentation support when needed) Handling basic front desk financial tasks like credit transactions Keeping the front office organized, efficient, and professional - even on the busiest days What we’re hoping you bring 1+ year dental front desk experience (2+ is a plus) Comfort with dental software like Dentrix / Denticon/ Eagelsoft (preferred) Typing accuracy around 40 WPM The ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle pace with a good attitude Affinity Dental Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
