The Role As an Operations Supervisor at Servicon, you will ensure excellence through daily oversight, coaching, and quality control of custodial services. What You Will Do Provide onsite supervision of staff, monitor supplies and equipment, and communicate daily assignments. Model and coach the team on effective use of safety equipment, following all safety procedures with chemicals and equipment. Inspect work of team members for compliance with cleanliness standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and guide employees; resolve routine employee relations issues, including corrective action; consult with Human Resources when appropriate. Participate in recruitment and selection to staff the team with appropriate skillsets. Onboard and train new employees on policies, procedures, and safe work behaviors. Attend staff meetings and communicate information effectively. Maintain an inspection‑ready environment at all times. Maintain excellent relations with clients and team members. Reward, recognize, and develop high‑performing team members. When needed, supervise major projects ensuring employees perform duties with necessary supplies. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. What It Takes To Be Successful 3+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with peers and client staff. Ability to execute and achieve established goals and objectives with employees. Ability to train, coach, discipline, evaluate, and mentor employees. Familiar with technology and timekeeping systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English (reading, writing, verbal). Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
