We take pride in running clean, organized operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences from the warehouse to the customer’s bedroom. Role Overview This is a 50‑hour per week leadership position, paid hourly. You’ll manage the warehouse, lead the warehouse assistant, delivery driver, and driver’s assistant, ensure organization and operational excellence, maintain inventory, coordinate communication among teams, and drive delivery execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, organizing, staging) Maintain clean, safe, professional warehouse standards Ensure inventory accuracy and transfer efficiency between stores Lead and hold accountable the delivery team Coordinate delivery schedules and support customer service standards Step in to operate delivery truck or forklift when needed Communicate with Sales Team across all locations Communicate regularly with Operations Manager Monitor vehicle and equipment maintenance Improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies What We’re Looking For High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic Natural leader who sets standards and follows through Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Valid driver’s license with safe driving record Comfortable operating box trucks and forklifts Warehouse/logistics/retail operations experience preferred Able to lift up to 150 lbs and work in a physically active role Organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented Compensation Paid hourly at $20 per hour, with overtime Standard schedule: 50 hours per week Overtime paid at 1.5x rate Expected annual earnings: $55,000–$60,000+ based on hours worked Why This Role Matters The warehouse is the backbone of Mattress Home.
