This is an onsite direct hire opportunity with the ability to work one day from home per week.As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll play an important role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the loan closing process. Your responsibilities will include:Processing loan files from initial intake through closingReviewing loan packages for accuracy and completenessCommunicating with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate professionals, and internal team membersCollecting, organizing, and maintaining loan documentationMonitoring active loan files and ensuring deadlines are metPreparing and reviewing closing documentsVerifying information and resolving documentation discrepanciesMaintaining accurate electronic file recordsProviding exceptional customer service throughout each transactionAssisting attorneys and legal staff with loan-related mattersEnsuring compliance with lender and documentation requirementsWe are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredApproximately 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following:Loan processingMortgage processingReal estate transactionsBanking or financial servicesTitle company operationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesPrevious experience in a law firm is a plus, but not requiredIf you've worked in mortgage lending, banking, title services, escrow, real estate, or financial services and are looking for a long-term career with outstanding stability and benefits, we'd love to speak with you.
