Position Details:

Industry: Banking/Finance

Location: Sunrise, FL 33323 (Hybrid – 3 day Onsite per week)

Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Pay Range: $28 hr. - $29/hr.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting activities across assigned requisitions and recruitment workstreams.
• Review resumes and candidate qualifications against established job requirements.
• Conduct candidate screenings and document assessment outcomes accurately.
• Prepare candidate recommendations and support hiring managers with candidate review and selection.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor recruiting milestones, deadlines, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely hiring delivery.
• Provide clear updates regarding candidate status, recruiting timelines, risks, and required actions.
• Identify potential recruiting risks involving compliance, documentation, timelines, or stakeholder dependencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or Recruitment Operations.
• Experience with candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, requisition management, and/or recruitment lifecycle activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and employment compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a highly regulated or compliance-focused environment.
• Experience supporting risk identification, controls, audits, or documentation-quality reviews.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting workflows, and reporting tools.
