Are you a compassionate, experienced RN who loves making personal connections and helping patients understand their options at a vulnerable time? As a Hospice Admissions Nurse, you’ll be the face of our care—helping families say “yes” to compassionate end‑of‑life support when it matters most. This role will involve completing admissions Monday‑Friday 10am‑7pm. We are somewhat flexible with the schedule so please tell us your availability and we will see if it works!
