Lead their direct reports through accountability while keeping clinic operations running smoothly and effectively.Specialty TherapistHands-on, highly skilled clinicians focused on providing structured specialty groups (like substance abuse) and family sessions, supporting the team-based care model.Primary TherapistSkilled clinicians focused on supporting their caseload and treatment planning through individual and group therapy.Access SpecialistBehavioral techs tasked with transportation, direct client contact, and operations oversight.
