Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety.
• Assist in the management of cardiovascular operating room procedures.
• Participate in on-call and holiday shifts as assigned, ensuring availability for critical care.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and respond to complications during surgery.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital policy.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Texas.
• Completion of PeriOp 101 Course with experience in orthopedic and trauma cases.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, surgical environment.
