Mason Private Locating specializes in private utility locating, ground penetrating radar (GPR), sub-surface utility engineering (SUE) services, robotic pipe inspections, and cross-bore mitigation. Our team is comprised of industry veterans with decades of underground utility experience. Mason Private Locating leverages the latest state-of-the-art equipment and technology in order to confirm that all underground private utilities are identified.

Description

Mason Private Locating (MPL) is growing our Operations Center by adding Operations Coordinators in our Central Indiana headquarters. This position is responsible for answering phones, taking in jobs, scheduling technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
• Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
• Be able to process orders, forms, applications, or requests
• Strong communication with teammates and clients
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Schedule & route technicians to their job assignments
• Customer Service Team Player

Operations Coordinator Requirements

• Communication skills, pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
• Experience in a customer service call center environment a plus
• Experience with a Workforce Management System or a Scheduling System a plus
• Prior construction experience a plus.
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Valid Drivers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
