In this role, you will:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students using evidence-based assessment and intervention methods
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress through accurate, timely reporting and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities—dedicated SLP-CF supervision is readily available
• Utilize technology and creative communication strategies to reach learning goals, regardless of setting (onsite or hybrid)

We’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for Florida licensure)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow candidates welcome
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to cultural competence and partnering with families from diverse backgrounds

This contract position offers a competitive hourly compensation between $55 and $60, with W2 employment and comprehensive benefits for healthcare and retirement needs. Not to mention eligibility for a bonus up to $5,000 and travel roles featuring tax-free stipends.
