Задачи Разрабатывать маркетинговую стратегию и позиционирование маркетплейса Привлекать и удерживать покупателей и продавцов Развивать performance-маркетинг, SEO, CRM и новые каналы привлечения Работать с воронкой, CAC, CPA, ROI, LTV и удержанием Проводить A/B-тесты и искать точки роста Анализировать поведение пользователей и конверсии Запускать новые функции и категории на рынок Тесно сотрудничать с командами продукта, IT, продаж, категорий и контента Требования От 3 лет опыта в digital, IT, электронной коммерции или маркетплейсах Опыт работы с продуктовой аналитикой, маркетинговыми метриками и digital-воронками Понимание юнит-экономики, performance-маркетинга, SEO, CRM и A/B-тестирования Умение превращать данные в конкретные маркетинговые решения Английский на уровне B2–C1 Условия Полностью удалённая работа Занятость full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr NDA
