Providing direction on inventory and client-specific priorities, the remote Team Leader II, Physician will manage team members, analyze inventory, ensure compliance with client protocols, and assist with account closures and quality assurance. Key responsibilities Monitors inventory backlog and reviews reports to ensure compliance with client protocols Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and mentoring to team members Escalates complex accounts to management to ensure effective progress Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare or customer service role Understanding of debt collection rules and regulations Adherence to HIPAA requirements Advanced computer proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills for effective inventory management and record keeping
