Per Diem Critical Care RN - NICU*

Job Summary Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is seeking experienced Per Diem Critical Care Registered Nurses for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The position is responsible for providing direct patient care during all phases of care in the procedural area, and will plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. ARMC is a 456‑bed, university‑affiliated teaching hospital located in Colton, California, and offers comprehensive services such as a burn center, stroke center, and trauma center. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the NICU during all phases of care. Plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. Maintain 24‑hour responsibility, including on‑call, call‑back, rotating, weekend, and holiday coverage. Adhere to all department protocols and certifications. Qualifications Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing. One (1) year of full‑time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is desired. Certifications Required Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS). Neonatal Intensive Care Course (16‑30 hour course). Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation (NPR).
