We are looking for junior collaborators to strengthen our teams located in several offices (New York, Miami, Boston, San Francisco).

You will join our expertise teams to carry out varied missions: advice and assistance in the establishment of companies, accounting review, administrative and social assistance, international taxation...

You will work in a firm where French and English are used equally and where communication and teamwork are essential to the success of your missions.

Profile Sought:

• Degree of Bac+3 +3/5 (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in similar functions within an accounting firm and/or audit.
• You are autonomous and proactive. You are recognized for your seriousness and dynamism.
• Very good operational English skills, spoken and written
• Available as soon as possible for 12 to 18 months minimum

Sponsorship, visa J1 fees, and social coverage will be covered by the firm.

ORCOM US is looking for junior accountants to join our branches located in New York, Miami, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta.

The associate responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for a portfolio of clients to handle from A to Z: write-up work, Quickbooks, etc. To include: entering checks and deposits, preparing bank reconciliations, preparing and entering journal entries, etc.
• Payrolls to process
• Sales tax
• Correspondence with IRS, states, compliance institutions
• Prepare client financial statements on a timely basis depending on clients’ needs (monthly, quarterly, annually)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or MS in accounting/tax
• 2 years experience in a CPA/accounting firm is required
