Franchise Business Consultant
A regional sandwich shop is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to support franchisees throughout the South Philadelphia area. This role will focus on building strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners, providing practical business solutions, and helping franchisees achieve operational and financial success while maintaining company standards.
The successful candidate will be a strong influencer and relationship builder who can coach, motivate, and positively influence behaviors without relying solely on authority. The ideal candidate will have multi-unit restaurant or franchise experience, strong business acumen, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Build collaborative, long-term relationships with franchisees.
Coach and influence franchisees to improve operational performance and profitability.
Provide actionable business solutions and identify opportunities for growth.
Reinforce company standards, brand expectations, food safety, and operational excellence.
Analyze business results and help franchisees develop effective action plans.
Serve as a trusted resource, coach, and business partner to franchise owners.
Relocation assistance provided.
Salary Range: $85K-$100K + Bonus
