Job Description We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in React and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) to design and deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader with prior banking or financial services experience, capable of driving front‑end architecture and setting engineering best practices in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Define front-end architecture, UI standards, and performance best practices for enterprise-grade applications. Collaborate closely with product, backend, UX, security, and cloud teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Drive projects from concept and architectural design through production deployment and ongoing enhancements. Ensure high standards of code quality, accessibility, performance, and security, particularly in regulated financial environments. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across front-end initiatives. Integrate front-end applications with cloud services on AWS or Azure. Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git-based version control systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 10+ years of professional front-end development experience. Strong expertise in React and modern front-end technologies. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred). Prior experience in banking or financial services environments. Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading front-end architecture for large-scale, enterprise applications.
