Sturtevant, WI
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Employment Service Connection, Inc. (ESC) is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a growing warehouse team as Repack Associates . If you're looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with a three-day weekend every week, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Repack glass bottles and other products into designated packaging.
• Stack and palletize finished products.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Great attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements:.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Employment Service Connection, Inc. (ESC) está buscando personas responsables, trabajadoras y con ganas de crecer para unirse a nuestro equipo como Asociados de Reempaque .

¡Disfruta de un horario de cuatro días de trabajo y tres días libres cada semana!

Responsabilidades:

• Inspeccionar productos para garantizar su calidad.
• Reempacar botellas de vidrio y otros productos de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos.
• Acomodar y paletizar el producto terminado.
• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
• Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias de producción.
• Realizar otras tareas de almacén según sea necesario.

Requisitos:

• Excelente asistencia y puntualidad.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante la mayor parte del turno.
• Poder levantar hasta 40 libras cuando sea necesario.
• Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
• Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender.
• Se prefiere experiencia previa en almacén o manufactura, pero no es obligatoria .

Requisitos de Contratación:

• Pasar una verificación de antecedentes.
• Contar con autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
