You will not be known to the Guest by your face, but by how you make their food with care. Responsibilities include supporting the team, making our high-quality food accurately, and guaranteeing Chick-fil-A standards are upheld. You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service. Front of House (FOH): As a FOH Team Member, you will be on the front lines; ensuring satisfaction, care, cleanliness, and a remarkable experience. Responsibilities include welcoming our Guests, being a caring order taker, accurately preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and guaranteeing each Guest knows that Chick-fil-A LakePoint cares! You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.
