Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Day/Night Rotating | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care to BMT and Cell Therapy patients in a high-acuity oncology setting
• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions including post-transplant and CAR-T therapy complications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Strong background in hematology/oncology nursing within a high-acuity inpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients
• Experience with CAR-T (CART) cell therapy
• ONS chemotherapy-immunotherapy certification
• Experience caring for inpatient oncology research patients and/or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
