What You'll Do: As a Mortgage Loan Closer , you'll independently manage a high-volume pipeline of residential mortgage loans while serving as the primary liaison between clients, settlement agents, title companies, and internal teams. You'll proactively resolve issues, prepare compliant closing documentation, and guide each loan through a seamless funding process. This is a fully remote/work-from-home position. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage residential mortgage loans from Closing Disclosure through funding. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, settlement agents, title companies, and internal partners throughout the closing process. Review, validate, and accurately input loan data into the mortgage origination system to prepare closing documents. Prepare, review, and deliver Closing Disclosures and final closing packages to investors and settlement agents. Review, balance, correct, and approve Closing Disclosures while working closely with title companies to ensure loan accuracy and compliance.
