Palmer Concierge Physical Therapy is a private, out-of-network mobile practice providing one-on-one physical therapy and wellness services directly in clients’ homes, offices, gyms, and hotels throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, and personable Manual Physical Therapist who values individualized care and wants to work outside the traditional clinic model.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a PT with:

Strong manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A compassionate, professional, and positive personality
Passion for learning and delivering exceptional patient experiences
Confidence treating active adults and orthopedic conditions independently

Our patients range across all ages—from children and young athletes to busy professionals and older adults—who all value personalized, high-quality care.

About the Practice
Founded in 2019 by Dr. Jim Palmer, PT, DPT, CMP, COMT, Palmer Concierge PT was created to offer a better alternative to the high-volume outpatient model. Our mission is to provide expert, individualized care that helps clients move better, feel better, and live pain-free lifestyles.

Requirements

Active New York Physical Therapy License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Ability to travel throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn
Orthopedic/manual therapy experience preferred
