About the Role

The Company is seeking an IT Head of Dynamics 365 to take on a senior, cross-functional role that is pivotal in shaping the organization's ERP platform to support operations, growth, and long-term digital strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse management capabilities. This includes building and maintaining a multi-year roadmap, turning business priorities into a program of ERP enhancements, and ensuring that all changes meet GxP expectations. The role also involves functional ownership of the D365 F&O platform, from requirements gathering to solution design, and overseeing the design and delivery of enhancements through third-party partners. Applicants for the IT Head of Dynamics 365 position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in ERP roles and a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. A deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain process design, as well as direct experience in a GxP or similarly regulated manufacturing environment, is essential. The role requires hands-on experience in configuring D365, familiarity with AI applications in ERP and analytics, and a proven track record in managing third-party implementation or managed service partners. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to label-printing technology and warehouse handheld/mobile device solutions, and be adept at working with KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools to support business decision-making.
