Position Summary

The Seafood Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of fresh and frozen seafood products to restaurants, retail markets, and other wholesale customers. This position represents the company on the road and at customer locations, maintaining professional service standards while ensuring product quality and proper cold-chain handling.

This is a 2-4 day-per-week delivery position.

Key Responsibilities

Load delivery vehicle accurately according to route sheets and invoices

Verify all orders before departure (correct product, quantities, and temperatures)

Safely operate company delivery vehicle in accordance with DOT and company policies

Maintain proper cold-chain standards during transport

Deliver product to restaurants and wholesale accounts in a professional and courteous manner

Obtain required signatures and collect payments when applicable

Communicate shortages, damages, or customer concerns immediately to management

Rotate and organize product when delivering to customer coolers (as needed)

Complete daily delivery logs, mileage logs, and required documentation

Perform basic vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip)

Maintain cleanliness of truck interior and cargo area

Assist with loading, warehouse support, and order pulling when needed

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly

Ability to work in refrigerated environments (when needed)

Early morning availability

Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
