As an Office Assistant, you'll be pivotal in supporting individuals by assisting the team with coordination of the overall program process as well as providing excellent customer care for all consumers. You'll work closely with team members to ensure each person receives personalized services that enhance their quality of life and promote independence. What You'll Do As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for: Completing general and financial clerical tasks Facilitating service provider payment Performing receptionist duties Establishing and maintaining logs, records, and files Maintaining reception area and office supplies Facilitating confidence in Office Specialist 2, and therefore the Agency and programs Protecting consumers and reduces Agency risk Providing excellent customer service in a professional manner What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: High school diploma or GED Prefer that education is supplemented by secretarial/office training Three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial or office experience using personal computers Why Join Us in McMinnville?
