Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab settings preferred. Examples include care for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injury.
• Demonstrated ability to provide intensive, individualized rehabilitation programs and to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a 52-bed or similar inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital environment preferred.
• Previous work with post-acute populations and structured, intensive therapy programs preferred.

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700.

Provide intensive, patient-focused rehabilitation services in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. Deliver customized, goal-directed therapy to maximize function and quality of life for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
